All participants must make their registration by filling out the form below. 

Registration will only become effective after payment has been received. If you need a proforma invoice before payment, please choose "Proforma invoice" in the payment options below.

 *Accommodation refers to a hotel stay in at the Conference Venue for 5 nights (from 26th June to 1st July) and is subject to availability.

All Regular/Non-student participants are welcome to attend the city tour for an additional 40.00 € per person.

Student registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Conference proceedings
  • Lunches and coffee-breaks

Students must upload a copy of the proof of student status when registering and presented it to the conference secretariat at the check-in.
Students are welcome to attend the conference dinner for an additional 50.00 € per person. Students are also welcome to attend the city tour for an additional 40.00 €.

Accompanying person fee includes:

  • Lunches and coffee-breaks
  • Conference dinner
  • City Tour (subject to a minimum numper of registered persons).

Please note that the accompanying persons registration is intended for friends or family members of conference participants. Hence, accompanying persons will not be allowed to attend the sessions.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment may be done by check, bank transfer or VISA/Mastercard. Please note that payment by VISA/Mastercard requires 3D Secure authentication.

If the payment is to be made by check/cheque it should be issued in the name of "Itecons-Eventos".

CANCELATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, and until 60 days before the day of the conference, the registration fee will be fully refunded. After this period, a partial refund may be made.
