We invite you to submit a 1-page Abstract for presentation at the CEES 2023 conference.

Preparing your abstract

Abstracts should clearly and succinctly provide the motivation for the work being done, the methodology adopted, and the main expected results. All abstracts must be written in English and formatted according to the instructions in the template file provided here.

The abstract text must not exceed 300 words and it must be written in one single paragraph. Do not use symbols, equations, tables, or figures. 

Before submitting your manuscript, please check carefully for incorrect grammar use and spelling mistakes.

Note that abstracts submitted to CEES 2023 must not, under any circumstances, contain the same essential technical content as other papers submitted to any other conference or publication.

Submitting your abstract

Abstracts must be converted to PDF format and submitted electronically using our online submission system (www.webchairing.com/cees2023) The corresponding author submitting the abstract will be asked to fill out information regarding the authors’ details (e-mail, institution, etc.) and choose the general theme / thematic session to which the abstract is being submitted.

Upon submission, the corresponding author will receive an automatically generated e-mail acknowledging the upload of the abstract.

Notification of acceptance

Before the notification deadline is reached, the corresponding author will be e-mailed as regards to the acceptance of their abstract. After acceptance, you will need to submit the final version of your work (extended abstract / paper).
