Hotel Booking - Cancellation policies: In case of cancellation, the whole stay will be charged. Registration and booking will become effective only after payment has been received.

Student with accommodation registration fee includes:

Admission to all sessions
Congress proceedings
Coffee breaks
Three lunches (13, 14 and 15^th September)
4 nights of accommodation (12^th to 16^th September)

*Students must upload a copy of the proof of student status when registering and presented it to the congress secretariat at the check-in. Students are welcome to attend the congress dinner for an additional € 50.00 per person.

Hotel Booking - Cancellation policies: In case of cancellation, the whole stay will be charged. Registration and booking will become effective only after payment has been received.

Accompanying persons registration fee includes:

City tour
Access to the congress venue
Three lunches

**Accompanying persons registration is intended for friends/family members of congress participants and therefore they will not be allowed to attend the sessions. Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the congress dinner for an additional € 50.00 per person.

***Post congress tour registration and payment must be made before 31^st August. Availability cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Registration will become effective only after payment has been received. Payment should be uploaded through the registration form or sent by email to the Secretariat.
