Itecons carries out safety assessments of buildings, detecting weaknesses and critical points of the structure or assessments for measuring the load capacity of certain elements/solutions. Following this type of assessments/appraisals, the Itecons team may propose intervention measures aimed at improving the structural behaviour of the building or mitigating anomalies.
In most cases, this type of service includes technical expertise for inspection of the actual conditions and the diagnosis of possible anomalies present in the building.
