Expert technical reporting of accidents
The analysis of work accidents may include technical expert opinions that aim to identify the facts and circumstances related to the event, as well as the determination of the causes of that accident.
This analysis may include: technical visits to the site, identification of the events, consultation of documentation, etc.; analysis of the collected data, testing; identification of risk/critical factors and diagnosis; report writing with results and actions/intervention measures/correction measures.
The identification of the causes of the accidents may be useful for the preparation of proposals for intervention, to mitigate/eliminate/correct/prevent future accidents or to assign responsibilities.
